Coping with the Chinese Syllabus

Wei Ren and Hong Kai are two students who have difficulties coping with the Chinese curriculum taught in their schools. This is where Skylace can help:

1) Xue Wei Ren

Wei Ren is a Primary 4 student. He started to attend class in Skylace just a year ago. Before joining Skylace, he only managed to score slightly more than 50 marks for Chinese. His mother was worried for him as to whether he is able to pull through the Primary 4 streaming exams.

After attending one semester (10 lessons) in Skylace, Wei Ren's results for Chinese have improved tremendously. He scored more than 90 marks for his 1st semester exam and his mother was overjoyed.

2) Hong Kai

Hong Kai started his lessons at Skylace at the age of 11. Being an optimistic person, he knew too well that he needed to read and write more in order to improve his standard of Chinese.

Knowing his own weakness, Hong Kai was determined and worked hard to overcome his shortcomings. Before the final examination, he achieved marked improvements in his writing skills. The overall enhancement in the proficiency of Chinese has helped him score exceptionally well in the PSLE.

Do not be unduly worried if your children are currently facing difficulties in meeting the required standards or having problems coping with Chinese. If they are determined and ready to put in effort and work hard with us, we in Skylace Language School will do our best to prepare them for the PSLE.
